Refund & Return Policy

At Authentico Foods, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality Mexican tortilla chips. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience a product quality or food safety issue, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (including Sell By Date & Lot #) if available.

We will review each submission individually and, if warranted, issue a refund or replacement. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priority.
